Transmedia can be defined as a distributed narrative experience among a network of media.  Therefore, each user experience is a journey inside a combination of all the collected clues and experienced events in this array of media, resulting in unique individual stories.Originally, technologies were merely used as a publishing & aggregation dock: a way to access storytelling media. But, for deeper immersion, interactivity, high audience guidance & new business value, Transmedia tends to integrate assets used daily (sms, mail, call back api, geoloc, social networks integration, billing, augmented reality…) inside its core design. As a result, telecom technologies and their usages are fully integrated within the narrative experience, orchestrating each others with storytelling media. Technologies are not restricted to isolated self-contained interaction but, like in an video games, need orchestrations to work together, to allow a narrative progression, bouncing from one media to another in a rich narrative experience.
