Search, find, engage and keep (new and more diverse) audiences, through means of the (social) web and other audience (community) platforms. Thereby creating multiple entrypoints for properties. ‘Social media editing’ and ‘Puppet Mastery’ are used to monitor and engage in WOM (Word of Mouth) and build new (longer term) captive audiences for transmedia properties. Identify the best launch platform, the best (audience) building platforms and what are the driving platforms (conversion) for properties. Define strategies and tactics for platforms that can be owned and those that need to be earned. Developing second- and third screen strategies (PC/Laptop/I-pad/gameconsoles etc) where applicable to engage audiences towards the driving platforms for the transmedia property.
